About Me
Hello I am Karen Hoban and I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. I have been in the pediatric field for 30 plus years. I started my career at the Center for Spectrum Services (then the Children’s Annex) under the direction of a sensory integrative therapist. After several years working with children on the spectrum I decided to broaden my knowledge and career by moving to a preschool setting working with children with a many different types of abilities. I learned so much at this preschool. I now work for a school district working with their preschool children that receive OT services in their preschool setting. I have also worked part time after school and on weekends for several places with adults and children. That has lead me to Mini Milestones to work in this amazing setting with amazing therapists and children. It has been so rewarding being a COTA I hardly feel like I work!!!
