About Me
Hello! I’m McKenna Farrere and I’m a licensed occupational therapist. I graduated from Ithaca College in May 2023 with my master’s in occupational therapy. After a year working exclusively with preschool-aged children, I now serve as a school-based occupational therapist during the day, while continuing to see preschoolers in the evenings. I’m passionate about helping kids develop independence, confidence, and joy through play-based therapy. I’ve found that smiles and laughter often turn out to be the best tools for success. When I’m not working with children or brainstorming treatment activities, I enjoy coaching gymnastics, reading, and doing just about anything outside!
